Our year is split into 6 sessions, each running approximately 5-6 weeks. In addition to expected holidays, there are week-long breaks every 5-6 weeks between projects. These breaks are to help our young leaders avoid burnout and to give families the ability to travel or spend time together more than they would with a traditional school. During most of those breaks there will be optional programs / camps offered for families that do need a full-time schedule. See our official calendar for more details.

No, we are not a private school. We are a center for growth and education for the entire family.
We believe that children learn best when working alongside both younger and older learners rather than splitting them up into groups based solely on age. In this way, learners progress towards mastery at their own pace and grow in collaboration and leadership.
At Apogee Gulf Coast our children learn in a collaborative environment of multi-age young leaders. Our flexible approach challenges each student with their own learning plan and inspires them through real-world projects and experiences. We are conveniently located to serve families in the Greater Southeast Houston Area.
